Digital Download: Copyright remains with the photographer at all times. The client has the right of licence to use only. Transferring images to a third party and to promote another individual/business other than the individual /business nominated on the registration form is strictly prohibited,  you are responsible for all images you have downloaded. The use of any photos above and beyond the licence without written authorization is a breach of copyright and may result in legal proceedings.
